Xonca Payments

You have selected one of the following payment gateways during sign-up: Paypal Pro, Cybersource, or Authorize.net. Follow the screens below to upload your private account information. Of course if you need assistance, we are here for you, but YOU must obtain the private information from your gateway provider.

Log-in to the administration area of your store. NOTE: Fields with an orange bar at the end are REQUIRED fields — you must enter something.

Click SETTINGS.
Click PAYMENT SETTINGS.

USING PAYPAL

Accepted payment gatways -- Paypal, Cybersource, Authorize.net, On-Account, Google Checkout.

If you are NOT selecting to accept credit cards on your website, be sure to Click PAYPAL EXPRESS PAYMENTS ONLY. Be advised: Individuals who do NOT have Paypal accounts will NOT be able to purchase from your online store with this option.

USING PAYPAL PRO

You must have a PayPal Pro Account to use this option.  For information on obtaining an account, click Here.
Because this is “private” company information, you must obtain it from your Paypal representative.

Click CONFIGURE (next to Paypal Pro)
Click PAYPAL WEBSITE PAYMENTS PRO.
Click PAYPAL API USERNAME. Enter your username.
Click PAYPAL API PASSWORD (This is NOT your Paypal password). Enter your password.
Click PAYPAL API CERTIFICATE FILE. You will have downloaded and saved this file from your Paypal account (cert_key_pem.txt file). BROWSE your computer to find the file. Click the pem file, Click OPEN.
Click UPDATE.

USING CYBERSOURCE

You must have a Cybersource Account to use this option.  For information on obtaining an account, click Here.
Because this is “private” company information, you must obtain it from your Cybersource representative.

Click CONFIGURE (next to Cybersource)
Click CYBERSOURCE PAYMENT GATEWAY — Select Enable
Click CYBERSOURCE MERCHANT ID and Enter your ID
Click CYBERSOURCE API CERTIFICATE FILE. BROWSE your computer to find the file. Click the p12file, Click OPEN.
Click SAVE.

USING AUTHORIZE.NET

You must have an Authorize.net Account to use this option. For information on obtaining an account, click Here.

USING GOOGLE CHECKOUT

Because this is “private” company information, you must obtain it from your Google representative.

Click CONFIGURE (next to Google Checkout)

Click ENABLE GOOGLE CHECKOUT. Select YES or NO.
Click GOOGLE MERCHANT KEY and enter your key.
Click GOOGLE MERCHANT ID and enter your ID.
Click SAVE.

ON ACCOUNT

Please note, you must specifically enable each specific user to have “On Account”  (pay you at a later date) checkouts available to them.  See the USER section for information.

Click CONFIGURE (next to On Account)
Select YES to allow customers to purchase ON ACCOUNT.
Click SAVE.

When you are finished updating your e-commerce store, be sure to log-out.
