"Our experience with Arquan has been very successful. We make custom dance apparel with many, many options for each garment. This made it impossible to use an off the shelf shopping cart. Since our cart would be very complex, we had to 1) find a company we could trust to do the job right 2) find a company who would deliver on time 3) find a company that would had A+ customer support (after they were paid) AND 4) find a company who we could build a relationship with for future projects. I am very happy on all 4 issures with Arquan. Our shopping cart is very extensive and allows us to add just about any option. We allow our customer to choose from over 1000 styles, 300+ fabrics in 10 different sizes. Size and fabric all affect the price as does the options. Arquan got it all to work. And, the best part, the cart is very easy to use and very easy to maintain. Adding new products, pictures, and checking your orders is all very easy. The customer support is A++++++++++. Arquan usually contacted me before I had even known an error occured. How often does that happen? When we first turned off the old site and launched the new site....Russ was right there, monitoring everything to make sure it all went well. He literally was around almost 24 hours / day.
